Amazon.com: Metra 40-NI12 Nissan 07-Up Antenna Adapter: Car Electronics If you want to keep the steering wheel controls (you have to splice this into the VEHICLES side of the harness and then plug the 3.5 mm jack into the "wired remote input" of the Pioneer.
