I would start with the obvious.....check your settings on your HU. pull the sub out of the enclosure, and wire up a different speaker if you have one available, or

I would start with the obvious.....check your settings on your HU.
pull the sub out of the enclosure, and wire up a different speaker if you have one available, or test with a multimeter for voltage with the system turned on. if you have voltage, the sub is bad. if not, your problem is upstream somewhere.
