Pioneer AVIC X930BT or 940BT or whatever it's called now is nice. You can change the color of the button lighting to match the stock orange lighting. Looks good.

I only care about volume control, I could care less about the bluetooth buttons w/ messing with the bluetooth module behind the seats to get that to work with my pioneer HU.
