I am having the same problem and they said I have to replace the main panel, which will cost me $1450. I just decided to shop around a bit and see if there is any other options to solve the problem.

As long as it is not the nav system you can install an aftermarket head unit.

Mine was still under warranty and had the dealership replace the entire OEM head unit twice.....but it didn't help. Finally I just said F it because I didn't want them to keep taking my dash apart. I must be a problem in the wiring somewhere
