Pioneer Install not so good...Questions?

Have pictures of the back before installed. Being that we are changing the HU but keeping the Bose Amp and speakers, we cannot use the RCA application for hook up...?

One question...We also have added a new Pioneer XM to the HU. Are you supposed to unhook the OEM XM harness then? We think we may have two hooked up.
