Pioneer Install not so good...Questions?

Got the steering wheel Axxess unit working now by unhooked Bluetooth module. Still have background noise through front speakers. We have a good ground, has been checked. Question now is,

Still have background noise through front speakers. We have a good ground, has been checked. Question now is, we have a Metra Nissan vehicle antenna adapter cable. Where should the blue wire on this adapter cable be connected or not connected. We currently have it connected to the blue white stripe off the back of the radio, which also kicks the bose amp. Help please...
