As said above, if this is a bose system your not going to be able to just plug new speakers or new tweeters right in. The bose system is a special OHMS rating as to the new stuff you would put in. Your best bet is to install a new amp or a new head unit and run off that.

If you have a base system than you can run new speakers just run new wires and use the crossover that comes with the new speakers.

You can get a 5 channel XD amp and run your speakers and sub at the same time, I have done this set up in many 370Z installs. We bridge the 4 channel output to fronts only and it is a great improvement over stock.

You may want to invest on the amp since you will be doing most of the work anyways. let me know if you need an amp.
