The phone buttons won't work with that metra adapter though right?

If you buy a HU that has Bluetooth, the steering wheel buttons become secondary. On the 9960 and most of the Kenwood Bluetooth units, there is an auto-answer setting for the phone. Plus there are monstrous buttons on the HU itself.
