Incoming phone #s not displayed- Touring Bluetooth/iPhone 4

I haven't had any issues with my iPhone4 and the bluetooth. Except that I can't dial from a phone book or contacts. I have to dial by speaking each number

So when you get an incoming call you see the incoming caller's phone
number displayed on the car stereo every time?
