I called their support and the guy asked me to use 120k ohm resistor during programming... since kenwood is bought by JVC blah blah I used that and the volume up/down worked but nothing else so I decided to do the firmware update... did that yesterday and now i will have to reprogram using the resistors... How did you get track / source to work? Thanks, jay
