iphone software update 3.0 added A2DP (stereo over bluetooth). So as long as your system can take in A2DP then you should be able to enable your iphone to do

So as long as your system can take in A2DP then you should be able to enable your iphone to do this. On the 2010 Nav, it supports it but I haven't tried it yet.
