Exclamation Weird Issue - Audio Screen NOT even accessible?!

Hey guys, could use some help! So I don't drive my car often maybe once every 2 weeks, recently changed the battery about a month ago. After that no issues at all, my car is a 2014 touring model, and now all of a sudden I turned it on today and literally it doesn't even change the screen to the radio

Like if I press any of the buttons on the radio it does nothing, but the screen works perfectly fine can use the map and go to settings etc, but it just does not change to the radio screen anymore or any of the audio screens

another thing i noticed is that in the settings it doesnt even let me click audio or volume its greyed out those two options, pic included

Really at a loss for how in the world this could of happened, was working perfectly fine 2 weeks ago, any ideas would be greatly appreciated, thanks guys!!

Could be a loose or corroded wiring connection.

Ah interesting, would it be best to take it to the dealership for this kind of thing or a local spot? I'm not super adept with cars, so trying to figure out best way to not get ripped off loll

And thanks for the help!
