because you are using the polk passive crossover, you should have it set to standard mode, otherwise, ditch the passive crossover, and wire the woofer and tweeter to head unit

because you are using the polk passive crossover, you should have it set to standard mode, otherwise, ditch the passive crossover, and wire the woofer and tweeter to head unit mid and high outputs, then run in network mode, and use your digital crossover.
