Those with radar detectors/dashcams, do you hide them?

just hit the panic button as you walk away from your car. no one wants to mess with a car that already has the alarm going off, goods are already

Default V1

I have a V1 on a Blendmount. I remove the V1 and take it with me every time I exit the car with the exception being the odd ocassion where I can see the car from where I am. I figure it just avoids being the victim of a quick smash and grab.

I use a 8500 in a weathertight box under the front. Run 4 wires through the firewall. 2 for power and 2 for speaker on a switch.

Use the red IR one so the laser still works.
