It is $25 fix it ticket here in CA. It's basically processing fee.

I got ticketed.. bought the go-mini-go bracket, showed up at a police station (windows down since I've got tint), got it signed off then removed the bracket mount the next day

I've been driving the Z for almost 3 1/2 years and it was the first time I got ticketed for that. Figure the cop was just having a bad day so he decided to share the wealth.
