Whole car vibrates why?!

update: just got a chance to drop it off today...when driving today it happened at 55-60 mph. ill know by tonight whats wrong with it. scariest drive ever . praying

update:

What did the spacer look when you took the wheel off? You'd have noticed immediately if it was messed up.

it snowed more so i really couldnt do it its at the dealer now my buddy is looking at it

Improper parking brake adjustment could cause the whole car to shake. If it was adjusted too tight the rear parking brake shoes will always make contact and once get overheated it will cause nasty shimmy/vibration like symptoms.

update: the wheel just wasnt balance he fixed it and drove it on the highway and everything was fine thank god
