Because youre going to want to buy a set of 17" steelie rears with some M/T ET street DRAGS for 300 bux anyway.

20's are nice but risky, when you run into the pothole from hell that flats your tire and bends your rim.

Assuming you're not hitting the strip with those, definitely 20's. Too pretty(and heavy) for abuse, like mine.
