  it's just e-tape cut in a circle. i couldnt find a hole puncher that sizeso i used a counter sunk screw, cleaned and placed the tape on it, then cut along the screwhead with scissors to make the perfect circle. used a L pick tool to place onto the cluster. it's a very clean install and honestly cant see it while driving unless im looking for it.
