My tires have uneven wear, could it be a suspension problem?

Hard to say without having a straight on shot of the wheels. But in the rear the inside will wear before the outside due to the camber. Just quickly looking

But why does the outer edge of the front passenger wheel have so much more wear then the driver wheel?
