I'd call and see what they say... you should after all get what you paid for.

I'd probably get them to correct the order and issue a call tag for return shipping on the incorrect pair.

actually the charge was right for the tire so i didn't pay higher for a different tire, acutally paid less.

not sure how cold your area gets, but the conti DW did well in 37-40F temps.
still comfy and gripped well.

v is rated for 149mph... you going to be doing 149mph on all season tires? doubt it.
i'd probably just run it if your car's a dd and enjoy it.

if tread pattern is the same, then probably no issue with water.

w is 168mph.

update, got them installed last friday and put a couple hundred miles on them so far. one word to describe them is awesome. not as noisy as the OEM potenza there is still some noise (turn up the stereo= no noise). traction and corners are really good. haven't had any rain so no comment on that yet. this is the third brand of A/S wheels i have used (2 for my old 350z, first on the 370z) and can say this is the best of the three.

I got my new wheels with A/S 3's as well. Had them on for just over a week. Really like them. Like you said low road noise, and the thing I like the best the the "soft" Michelin ride. Heading up to Cleveland, TN and to the Ocoee this weekend, test them out on a little road trip

After putting a couple of hundred miles on the A/S 3's today, I'll have to say I love these tires. Low road noise on the hwy. and great hwy handling up to 90mph. Ran through a t-storm on the way home the had great traction in pouring rain. All around perfect tire for DD.

I finally got the Michelin Pilot Sport AS/3 installed yesterday at 16,500 miles. Really impressed with the noise reduction over the stock Bridgestones, especially on smooth roads, but the difference is also noticeable on rough pavement as well. That was my biggest goal (hope) along with better cold weather driveability.

Thanks for the ride we took around the Corvette Museum last year Zteve. You sold me on the Michelins, and I'm glad you did.

We live in Los Angeles. Weather good all the time, well at least 95% of the time. Changed the OEM Bridgestones for the S-04's. Wife's car. Her last car was a Toyota Corolla. I doubt she feels the difference. I drive the car and it rides great, quieter than the OEM tires and holding a better wear pattern too for a Sports Package Z.
