The only thing to decide is the tire width. That's why I am asking about how close to get to the inside of the fender. If choose a narrow tire vs a wider tire, the tire will be more sunk in of stick out closer to the fender. I want to go with the widest possible, but how far out is too far?

yah, i also dont like the tank look from the front with tires sticking out past the front bumper.

a little is fine as the Z's front bumper is designed that way, but not like a frikken tank.
