a 245/40 will give you a diameter of 26.7" - only 4mm difference from your rears at 27.9" and closer than a 275/35. A 275 won't have any stretch and will definitely rub the front tabs on any dips/bumps.

245/40 and 285/35 is what I run and it has minimal rub only on big dips. and I'm a bit lower than you too.
