FWIW, I had the same problem after I picked up my new '13. Dealer blamed it on the dealer that he got the car from. I suppose the "Pre-delivery inspection"

FWIW, I had the same problem after I picked up my new '13. Dealer blamed it on the dealer that he got the car from. I suppose the "Pre-delivery inspection" consists of making sure that the dealer's plastic license tag advertising is installed, and nothing else.
