Discounttires.com would sell me tire size I needed

My local discount tire will sell me any tire that fits.....but they wont install the wheel back once theyve mounted and balanced because i have spacers on. They stated safety

They stated safety reasons. So i had to install the wheels on my own. They should have a waiver or something.
