Discounttires.com would sell me tire size I needed

My local discount tire will sell me any tire that fits.....but they wont install the wheel back once theyve mounted and balanced because i have spacers on. They stated safety reasons. So i had to install the wheels on my own. They should have a waiver or something. Im not paying to do the work myself.

I ordered online but then called to make adjustment. Everything was fine then he called back saying the load amount wasn't approved and couldn't sell. I even said that they should have a waiver for buyers to sign which would excuse them of all liability. It should be up to the buyers discretion. I told him, these days ppl are really into improvising and making fine adjustments to their wheel setups it seems ridiculous as a seller to tell your buyers what they are allowed to buy. Tires pop every day for various reasons, I don't think this is much different.
