Doing what though? Hit a pothole/curb? That will bend or damage any wheel. If it's forged, yeah, a bit less, but you'll still need to put some work in to undo it

Agreed. But the reps bend A LOT easier than forged wheels. Most of us will hit a pothole sometimes while driving our cars. We cant avoid them all, with that being said, forged wheels will roll over without hurt(most cases). What it would take to bend a real set of TE's, would have a far more dramatic effect on the reps. Like I said, only problem I have is durability. The wheels are still gorgeous.

I know of 3 different people who have had their Varrstoens crack (not bend on them). One was on the track under heavy use and two others were just in normal driving.

I personally know way too much about wheels to ever settle for a set of these Varrstoens for my own car but I don't hate on others if that's their choice.

I will say that there are plenty of other options to pursue without settling for these poor quality cast Varrstoens. Enkei for instance makes a ton of great lightweight and durable designs or you could do some digging on the used market.
