They are responsible for keeping the customer informed of their order. They should be doing the leg work, not the customer. This is why the Better Business Bureau exists. Becaue we can only go by what you posted, it does seem pretty crapy. __________________ I don't care how slow you want to drive; I encourage it. JUST GET THE HELL OUT OF THE PASSING LANE YOU TUCK FARD!!!
