Any tires out there that I can expect to get 30k miles out of?

How does the warranty work with getting fewer miles than advertised? I've never tried it even though I've gone through tires every 12-15k miles so far. Do you need a

I've never tried it even though I've gone through tires every 12-15k miles so far. Do you need a lot of documentation? (yeah, I don't think I can make it to 30k unless it's almost all highway)
