19x9.5 +5??

As above have said, 9.5 +5 is very aggresive front, you will have to run a 235 tyre and it MAY fit without extra camber from the H&R spring drop

As above have said,

9.5 +5 is very aggresive front, you will have to run a 235 tyre and it MAY fit without extra camber from the H&R spring drop (I've got same drop but running a 9.5 +15, 255 front tyre and its perfect). Otherwise if you run a 245/255 tyre, you will need camber arms and run more camber in the front (need camber arms as fronts can't be adjusted basically).

10.5 +12 is very mild especially if you want stretched tyres, you could go as flushnismo has said and run a 10.5 -5 with a 275 tyre, in which case you'll need effectively 15-20mm spacer to get to where he is, if you run a tyre wider then 275 (I'm running a 305, 10.5 +5 and its perfect), you'll want at least a 5-10mm spacer depending on tyre width if you go a 295/305
