what lug nuts are you using? These wheels require the OEM Nissan Flat style nuts or equivalent. A normal acorn nut won't work Its the one on the far right

These wheels require the OEM Nissan Flat style nuts or equivalent. A normal acorn nut won't work Its the one on the far right that these wheels are designed to use. If you use one of the others you risk the wheel falling off or the lugnuts breaking.
