Changing tires onto rims

Would you drive with winter tires for the entire winter season even though it doesn't snow?

Yeah, you can leave them on all winter. They don't grip as well all-seasons or summer tires on dry pavement, but they work fine as long as you don't drive too aggressive.

Like others have said, having a dedicated winter set is the best way to go.
