If you don't want the sunken wheel look, yes. 15F/20R will do the trick. Toe Bolts - yes. SPL arms and their "eccentric lock out kit" seems to be the way to go. Scrape - yes. This drop is more aggressive than the Swifts, and will wear your shocks quicker as well. Just be wary of inclines for driveways/parking lots.
