No one here is going to be able to help you without wheel specs

Except I can tell you those look like cheap, generic spacers. Spend a bit more and get a proper set like H&R. Check out Z1 Motorsports.

On z1 i only saw a 20mm I need at least 25mm to clear my calipers, and i was hoping to get ones with studs built in not the ones where you have to get extended studs because when i go back to my stock wheels im not gonna be using spacers.

Thanks for your response, ill look at some other companies to see what they have. I was just wondering if the spec of the spacers i found on amazon was correct for my car to ensure proper fit.

Thanks for the link, I don't know how I missed that. As for the fitment I mean the spacers fitting to the car. But now that you showed me these I think I'm all set.

Yup, those should fit just fine.

For the record, hub size on the 370Z is 73.1mm. The inner bore size is 66.1mm. Hubcentric rings ?

Any difference in quality between H & R, Ichira, or Eibach? Or other recommendations? I'm going with 15mm in front and 20mm in the back with the stud replacement style of spacer...

For the ney-sayers that are so worried about spacers causing undo wheel bearing wear, I don't understand your argument for the 370z.

All we are doing using spacers with sport wheels or any aftermarket wheels is duplicating the way a Nismo looks by pushing the wheel mounting point outward to dupe the Nismo's deeper wheel offsets to make the wheels flush with the fenders. This essentially puts the Sport wheel/tire combo in the same place since there is no difference in the mounting points for all 370Zs regardless of model. This means the centers of the wheels are the same as the Nismo so this means Nissan designed it to work with Base/Sport/Nismo sets of offsets and their different loads of the wheel centerlines.

I too would want just a flush look. What's the point of going "poke"? Is the ultimate goal to camber the wheels, or do guys just actually want them to stay poking out? Shiiiiet I have much to learn about this stuff. Yup, just like everyone else here

By the end of the day, I want the car to remain looking stock. I want to improve the stance a bit, by doing a modest drop and push the wheels out so they don't look so sunken, but overall, have the majority of people think the car is unmodified.

The new Nismo wheels as well as the newer Sport wheels are the same offsets as the old versions. I know there is more info on what spacers are fit for a Nismo on here but not sure it is in this thread. Do a search.

So, fellow wheel spacers users, what the heck is going on? I made sure that the spacers were absolutely centered (the spacers are hubcentric) and the mating surfaces were clean and had no debris. I have been working in a torqueing company for 42 years and I know how to secure wheels in the proper sequence and torques, so that was not the issue. I love the way they look, but if I can't figure out what's going on, they will NOT be reinstalled.

Any insight is appreciated...



I know this post is about 1.5yrs old, but would like to know what was the outcome in resolving the issue.

Any way to avoid open end lug nuts with extended studs?
Looking to add 15mm on the rear on 18x10.5 +15.. i currently have rays lug nuts.

As long as you size the studs properly, you should be good.... can you get studs that are 15mm longer than stock?

I have 15mm stud replacement spacers from H&R all around, but am toying with the idea of Swift springs and would want to jump to 20mm for the rear. H&R said I couldn't just swap the spacer itself because there wouldn't be enough thread, so I am wondering if I get a pair of 20mm bolt on's will the extended studs from the 15mm set fit in the cavities in the back of the wheel? (Sport model for reference)
