Why do so many get lesser tires for the Z?

Continental DW is going onto Rin next As a spoiled Californian, I wouldn't be caught dead with my Z in the snow haha

yeah, as I said... i've had a lot of experience with the Conti's... the DWS's and they are a VERY impressive tire. I replaced my OE Advan's on my Evo with them and while I felt the softer sidewall... they still did handle EXTREMELY well for a 520 rated... 50,000 mile tire. In the snow with the AWD and these tires? LOTS of fun

yah, the initial mush feeling i got going from RE050A to the DW's on the Z was a little werd at first but after i got use to the feel it's actually not bad at all. tires grip very well in tight turns too. i give the DW's
