I have phoned Work Wheels USA trying to find out info on my order. He could not give me an ETA/info, however, when asked whats a normal wait time for

I have phoned Work Wheels USA trying to find out info on my order. He could not give me an ETA/info, however, when asked whats a normal wait time for Meisters in particular he gave an example of an order placed in Feb 2011 and them being completed and shipped by April 2011 - 2 month wait. He mentioned it isnt normal for them to take more than 4mo to complete an order (said it was "very rare") and that the disasters in Japan had no effect on their manufacturing.
