What did you pm me when i first open my dispute? and you knew dispute can take upto 90 days? you told me my wheels are already on the sea and will be here in 2 weeks, that was back in jan. did i lie?

So i keep pm you and ask about them wheels and no reply, until mar i got another pm from you saying my wheels are in customs and ready to ship to me soon. ( i guess you're just saying that because you want me to cancel my dispute because your time is running out, what a sneaky bi**ch )

It's not so hard to cancel the dispute or send payment again right? If you really did have them wheels we wouldn't be in this situation.

After all you still think what you did to me and everyone else was right? told me my eta was dec-2010

I think we're in the same boat bro... promised to be delivered on December 2010... Informed me that the wheels were on its way to the US back in December 2010 and shud arrive in the US sometime in January 2011... When asked about the wheels, all kind of reasons came out... SEMA lah, TAS lah, paper works lah, that lah this lah.... & now its June next week...

BTW im interested to know ur side of story when you started to open a dispute... what happened? did you close the dispute before your items arrived to you?? mind sharing with us or a PM shud be great... Just wanna take extra precautions.... Thanks Bro...

Lucky i didn't close the dispute ( i was thinking either way he had 90 days to come up with wheels before the dispute ended, or i can just send payment again). because i know that's what Rick was hoping for. disputes can't be reopen if it's close.

90 days wow..... My dispute will be opened for 20 days only... So if items doesnt arrive by then, will escalate to paypal claim.. 20 days is more then enough for Rick to make the shipment to me.. Nevertheless he once mentioned shipping by air only takes less than a week.. So will see if thats true...
