I was referring to this year. We did exchange few pms beginning of the year and you were accommodating on payment plan as well but only reason to move was seeing people waiting for soo long. I know people loved Work wheels when you launched them as venaci and other Work dealer is your competitor but got a clean deal from him which I like about vendors, you dont have in stock cool tell the customer he said check with him in May (I think in march) and I already have the wheels shipped to Dubai. I took it in Golden and when enquired that if I want these in silver with different offsets the timeline was 8 weeks which i got from them but i needed urgently so went with one in stock.

Hope it work out for all, just for my info all new venaci wheels like the one Nitrous has are Works or something done locally in USA

yea im going to talk to Ravespec too. this rick guy still think he had the right to tell his customers 2 months eta and then make them wait 10-12 months

I ordered Work Gnosis GS-2's from Mark @ Ravspec as well. They're the same wheel as the Venaci Spirit. ETA = 8 to 12 weeks.

Seems like a straight shooter; very easy to talk and deal with. Will report back once the wheels are in.

So tomorrow's Friday & still havent got any news from Rick regarding on the info i requested.... if the information i requested were in Ricks hands, it would just take 5min to scan & upload it up... Not a 2 days wait thing.... So if i dont get my tracking number tomorrow i would assume Rick would say: "It'll be shipped next Monday, then on Monday he'd say it'll be out by Friday and when the said Friday comes he'd say no worries it'll be out sometime nextweek & you'll have your tracking number by then "

I can see thats the trend, keeping hopes high but in the end, FRUSTRATION.... I hope Rick can prove me wrong this time and receive my tracking number tomorrow..... & yet importantly the shipping documents sometime today....

That's what my guess is. Like you said, this is the trend with VIP. My invoice doesn't even have an order number on it, it's just blank in the designated area which makes me think my wheels weren't ordered when I was told they were. He wouldn't even have to scan it, he could just look at the paper and type the tracking number to you. I too have not gotten any updates. My last one was he would have an ETA last wednesday on when they would be at his warehouse. Then when he responded to an e-mail of mine on Friday he said they should be in the port this week. Tomorrow is Friday, let's hope we hear something.

I'm also in the same boat guys, absolutely terrible service, and if anyone is reading this, do not buy from them..... I have spent over $15000 with him and the customer service....well what customer service?
I'm still waiting on a kit, engine cover kit, all I get is the same as everyone else, will be shipping on Monday, moving to new shop, changed phone number etc, all I can say is lucky I don't live over there in the US as there would be more being done about this, then writting in this forum!
