If it is the tire that was damaged when installing, You should take it back to Martin tire and get it replaced, as opposed to taking it to nissan. Maybe

Maybe you need to break the tires in, looking to get new tires, but I will replace all 4 and decrease the stagger as much as i can so that i dont have any potential problems. let us know how it goes. |
