Can I powdercoat my rims to this?

I did the same thing as dingle except the foil and duct tape mumbo jumbo. I just sprayed all over the rim and tire and the paint comes off the tire IF you have tire gel on it. The shiny thing you put on tires i forget what its called. Anyways here what mine looks like and i also left the "H"s unpainted. they come off.
