Hello buddy
 Here in Spain we have to use a "table" like the one you are showing up there if we want to go street legal, i mean, we could use the tyre we want, but we might have legal problems (tickets usually, and won't pass MOT) Maybe that's why they are telling to do so... with such a low profile (20) you will have trouble on speed bumpers or any bad roads i would stay 30+ profile
