I don't normally powdercoat wheels, but....

You have the new style lugs...McGard might make something that will work (in black). Plastidip will not hold up when installing or removing the lugs.

umm nothing will, its metal against metal, even painted lugs will still get the paint damaged.

If they are anodized or metal coated they will stand up pretty well...hand threaded and then torqued. No impact!

A simple spray paint and even powdercoating will not.

wow that looks awesome. i may have to get these some day. $25 seems a little steep considering its just vinyl, but no doubting the extra appeal it gives the wheels!

you are welcome to scan a wheel, take the image and convert it to a cuttable file yourself, then actually buy the cutter and make the stickers, I'm sure you can do it for less.
