Does anyone know of any wheel locks that rotate on ball bearings or something? The way someone removes a wheel lock is to hammer a socket over it, but if

Does anyone know of any wheel locks that rotate on ball bearings or something? The way someone removes a wheel lock is to hammer a socket over it, but if there's no resistance from the lock itself, unless say a key is inserted would null this tactic.
