Default Nissan Wheel Locks

The Nissan dealership recently put McGard wheel locks on my 19' Nismo Ray wheels. Got the car home and started looking at it and it looks like the wheel would slide over the McGard wheel lock therefor defeating it's purpose althogether. Can someone explain to me how the wheel lock keeps the wheel on if it is completely smooth and goes right in the hole?

Does Nissan make locks that will fit the 19' Nismo Ray wheels or do the locks have to come from a source other than Nissan?

The correct lock nuts are Nissan Parts number 999W2-JT000, often known as Flat Washer type, check them out at one of our forum sponsers, Scott at Fontana really looked after me with these. His contact link is
