I use those on my Audi TT. They are designed to fit over a properly torqued lug so they are safer then replacing a lug with a locking lug that can't be torqued down properly! I believe they only work on the small Euro 17-19mm lugs though. Not our OE lugs!! BTW: They have been out for over ten years!! I've had my set for about 6 years.
