Correct - you need "TX-disk"

TX-disk is, i believe, special machining on the T-disk to ensure clearance for Akebono. The box might simply say T-disk but Work should be made aware that you are ordering for a Z34 with Akebonos so they can apply the proper face. Unfortunately this is one of those options not listed in their public charts, and it's more of a "if you know, ask for it" situation.

Any authorized Work dealer should be able to order this as it is in Works catalog (there's only one north american distributor anyways)
