Mercury Silver is straight up silver.

Titanium Silver has a matte type finish, and tends to look whiter.

Formula Silver is silver with a black undercoat. In bright light it has the reflective quality of silver, but tends to be darker. In low light it almost looks like a black chrome. Its an amazing color. If VABAM could paint his door handles Formula Silver to match his wheels .

These were my Formula Silver CE28n's for my NSX. You can even see the black on the inner end of the barrel:
