There are all-seasons called Kumho PA31 and PA51 The PA31 is not available in 19 inch sizes, assuming the OP had that right, it's not this tire: https://www.tirerack.com/tires/tires...del=Ecsta+PA31 The PA51 is available in 255/40/19 but NOT 255/45/19: https://www.tirerack.com/tires/tires...del=Ecsta+PA51 255/40/19 is 27 inches stock 245/40/19 is 26.7 inches There's no way that there's a 30 mm difference, so as everyone stated . . . something is off.
