Other considerations are the rubber lip to protect the wheel in the AS3 is more pronounced. I'd just jump to a 305/30 tire. It won't have the sidewall thickness of the 285, but it will definitely look wider.
I have considered 305/30 and that was actually what had originally planned on getting, but after doing some reading on a few other posts, people said If I ran 305 on the rear I can't run 245 on the front, and needed to do 265/275, but since the wheels came with new 245 fronts, I'd rather save the money and keep those tires.

Now, if I can run 245/35 on the front and 305/30 on the rear, I would go for it, as long as there are no problems. Another concern I had was that I am going to install bags (kit is sitting in my garage already) and I'm not sure if the 305 would have issues with rubbing, but if fitment clears and there are no other issues, I would prefer the 305 over the 295

Thank you all for your valuable input!
