Are Savini wheels decent quality? And how to choose offsets?

Mine will be delivered TPMS installed, wheels and tires balanced and assembled and ready to mount. I assume some kind of learning procedure for the TPMS to the factory computer.

I assume some kind of learning procedure for the TPMS to the factory computer. Still trying to decide if I'm going to install them and the coilovers with a friend's help on his lift, or if I'm going to take it all to a shop so they can do the alignment at the same time.
