stock fronts, new wider rears = unstable

1. Wider tires are more susceptible to tramlining. If you don't know what this is do a search as it's been discussed many times here on the forum.

2. Mixing tire compounds front and rear can really screw with the handling of a car especially this one. Again, it's been discussed at length in other other threads on here.

Do wider tires on the rear affect tramlining too? I thought tramlining would only be affected by the width of the fronts.. but I am not too knowledgeable about this stuff.

Yes they can. Wider tires will also make a bad alignment show issues worse. Make sure your toe is in spec, as that will cause issues with pulling over painted lines or camber changes.

Also, how many miles are on your Z? Bad hubs can also cause this, as I have been chasing a bad hub issue for about 6 months now.
